The Polish citizen walked onto a busy road in an "apparently confused state". The police officers used physical force to bring him to the ground and tied him up. According to the police, he was then taken to a hospital in an ambulance "to determine his state of health". He died there the same day. The operation is now being investigated internally by the police, and an autopsy is planned to determine the specific cause of death.
